UCHS Band Aide Club Minutes
September 8, 2009
President Andy Fowler called the meeting to order at 7:03 pm. Shannon Williams lead the club in prayer.
Stacy Gibson read the minutes from the previous meeting,
they were approved as read.
Susan Adams gave the treasury report. As of 8-31-09 there was $12,916.22 in the kid’s account and as of 8-8-09 there was $1892.71 in the general account. Total profit from the fish fry at this point is $3268.30 however; we are still waiting on a bill from Mid-Way BBQ. Profit from the first ball game concessions was $835.97 and from the Philco Trailer $60.00.
Stacy Gibson gave a brief account of how spirit sales were going.
There was discussion about fruit sales and when the packets would go out, no final decision was made on this matter.
Mr. Wilkes said the band is coming along well and that the band will perform on the 18th at half time.
The next meeting is set for October 6, 2009.
With no further business the meeting adjourned.
