Union County Band Aide Club Minutes
December 2, 2008
President Andy Fowler called the meeting to order.
Jim Hart led the club in prayer.
Stacy Gibson read the minutes from the previous meeting.
They were approved as read.
In the absence of treasure Susan Adams, Mr. Wilkes gave an estimate of total fruit sales.
President Andy Fowler along with Mr. Wilkes made the club aware that the fruit would arrive Wednesday December 10th.
They also asked for help sorting the fruit and filling the orders. Anyone who can help should be at the band room at 8:00 am or as soon after as possible. Parents were made aware fruit could be picked up late Wednesday afternoon or Thursday.
Mr. Wilkes gave an update on the spring trip to St. Louis Missouri. He said the winter guard was organized and there were 20-25 students. He also informed us that indoor percussion had started practice.
With no further business the meeting adjourned.
