Our first BAND CAMP CLASS MEETING for

ALL MEMBERS will be at 1:00 pm on

Monday, July 19,  2010, in the UCHS Band Room.

Schedule as follows:

                        Week 1 - July 19-July 22       M-Th  1:00pm - 9:00pm        UCHS Band Room

                                         July 23                   F         1:00pm - 5:00pm         UCHS Band Room

                        Week 2 - July 26-July 29       M-Th  9:00am - 9:00pm        UCHS Band Room

                                        July 30                    F          9:00pm - 5:00pm        UCHS Band Room

                        Week 3   Aug. 1 - Aug. 6       Sun-F                                      Converse College

BRING YOUR INSTRUMENT AND MUSIC

          Our away camp will be held at Converse College in Spartanburg.  You need    

          to arrive at Converse between 1:30-3:00 pm on Sunday, August 1.  We        

          will meet in the Daniel Recital Hall at 4:00 pm. You should have your parents 

          pick you up Friday, August 6, at 12:00 noon. 

The price of the away camp is $225.00 per person.

This includes 5 nights lodging, 15 meals, and use of their recreational facilities, a

band show t-shirt, and Band-Aide Club membership for your parents.

A $75.00 deposit is due on or before Friday, May 21, 2010.

A $75.00 payment will be due on or before Friday, June 18, 2010

If you wish, you may pay in full.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Final payment of $75.00 is due on or before Friday, July 23, 2010.

          2010-2011 Band Calendar.  We have an exciting show planned for next year

          and we look forward to seeing you at band camp.
